Download and install mono from,
http://www.go-mono.com/archive/0.30/windows/mono-0.30-win32-2.exe

Download the examples here,
http://www11.brinkster.com/monoasp/net/test.zip

Unpack and start xsp.exe. Finished!
Browse to,
http://localhost:81/button.aspx

Compile like this:
mcs /t:exe /debug+ /out:consoletest.exe -r System.Data.dll -r consoletest.cs
